What happened?

• The document is referencing the deleted KIBANA_FLEET_SETUP. See https://www.elastic.co/docs/reference/fleet/agent-environment-variables#env-bootstrap-fleet-server . The hyperlink for KIBANA_FLEET_SETUP points to https://www.elastic.co/docs/reference/fleet/agent-environment-variables#env-prepare-kibana-for-fleet, which doesn't mention the environment variable KIBANA_FLEET_SETUP at all.

• As far as I know, this environment variable should still exist in Elastic Stack 8.15.2, but it has been removed in Elastic Stack 9.2.3 (Removed call to fleet setup during container start elastic-agent#2985 and Docs are missing environment variables for setting up fleet & agent in a container ingest-docs#1355).
