Summary
This pull request updates the MITRE ATT&CK mapping and schema to
v14.1fromv13.1. Note that no rules had to be adjusted for this update and the merge should be clean without needing to update backporting branches.We should wait until after the next release 8.11.4 to merge these changes in. This would give a window of 2-weeks for D&R to update regarding elastic/kibana#171680.
