In most cases the x-pack libbeat testsuite fails on Travis. This PR skips it. Will create a follow up issue to make sure we fix this.

Can we just disable part of it? Because this completely disable the whole target. |

The failure part is during building the images and not running the tests. Disabling parts would mean to change how we run things here. For now my priority is to get green builds for everyone. |
