Since this is a community submitted pull request, a Jenkins build has not been kicked off automatically. Can an Elastic organization member please verify the contents of this patch and then kick off a build manually? |

This PR aims to add Natsbeat in the community beats list.
Natsbeat is an elastic Beat that collects metrics from NATS monitoring endpoints and indexes them into Elasticsearch database.
In addition we provide a basic Kibana dashboard for metrics visualization.
