AWS Health module does not seem to support the "linked_account" feature available with the AWS module.

Determine the feasibility of capturing the AWS health information from linked accounts. Until the capbility is availabe to Elastic integration, disable the option in the Elastic integration for AWS Health to avoid confusions.
