Documentation for operating edgex docker containers behind a proxy would be very useful.

I recently got the onvif camera example on Ubuntu 20.04 behind a corporate proxy. Getting the proxy settings correct took a lot of work as well as support from the edgex team. I would like to make what I learned available so it will be easier for others. This issue will add instructions for operating in a proxy environment for the onvif example. In the future it could be expanded to the documentation for other components.

A user with moderate knowledge of linux networking and docker can get the onvif demo up and running with minimal effort.
