Description

Multiple workflows running in Ubuntu runners are running out of disk space. Rhis PR attempts to fix the problem by removing unnecessary packages and other resources not needed in those workflows.

Merge after (and modify action branch reference):

@Mergifyio backport 3.3.x 3.2.x 2.14.x
