This PR updates the infrastructure and configuration files of the Tests in order to keep compatibility with PR:
It also:
Adds three new tests to specifically verify the GUIDLess functionality.
Properly adds the TCP tests and fix them.
Minor improvements and deletions of unused parameters.
This PR in on top of [20936] Change backup restore order #77 and must be merged after it.
