Several unit test projects are not being picked up and run by the CI. Specifically ExpressionEvaluator.*.UnitTests for Core, C#, and VB.
While working on my private pr #57882 rosyln-CI tests showed they were passing, but I still has failing tests from my local Test Explorer for CSharp.ExpressionCompiler.UnitTests. It turns out they were not run in the roslyn-CI.
This is not only for me, but also for the latest bits merged in main, for example, #57966, see https://dev.azure.com/dnceng/public/_build/results?buildId=1490051&view=ms.vss-test-web.build-test-results-tab, doing a simple filter "Expression" on passed test yields nothing.
