Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new Blazor project in Visual Studio
2. Close Visual Studio
3. Navigate to the folder of the Blazor project, and rename the folder and change only the casing of letters in it
4. Open Visual Studio and select the project from the MRU

Expected Behavior:

Razor editor works

Actual Behavior:

C# features do not work
