Hmmm, not sure about the witness passing APIs. These aren't usable (in practice) unless you have witness passing turned on, which requires preview already. |

We do plan on enabling witness passing in the FSharp 5.0 timeframe. |

We do - as we also intend on having reverse indexing ship in 5.0. But both are still deemed behind the preview tag at this moment in time |

These F# core Api's are approved for use in FSharp.Core 5.0 when released.
It includes the api's that support witness passing.
It does not include reverse indexing APIs.
