Pulling as it's a micro change

Strange failures in Jenkins:

java.io.IOException: remote file operation failed: d:\j\workspace\Microsoft_visualfsharp\release_windows_nt_prtest at hudson.remoting.Channel@71926a5c:Azure0128023039: java.nio.file.FileSystemException: d:\j\workspace\Microsoft_visualfsharp\release_windows_nt_prtest\tests\24,30FSharp_Failures.env: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
