XHarness changed naming of things in dotnet/xharness#400 and we just follow in the SDK

@akoeplinger if I am not mistaken no changes in runtime needed because we use the AppBundleToTest there

For Helix runs yes, for local runs we use: https://github.com/dotnet/runtime/blob/master/eng/testing/AppleRunnerTemplate.sh#L55
