Description
In the release/3.x branch we don't produce package versions matching the arcade sdk version for the tasks.feed package as we do in master. Go back to hardcoding the version.

Arcade 3.x can't flow

Yes. I broke this in #5809
Risk
Low risk, we previously hardcoded these versions, but I tried to make it better by breaking everything.
