Summary
After getting more familiar than I'd like with MSBuild scripts in #7098, #7075, #7064, and #7061, I attempted some further clean up. Ultimately I'd like to get rid of the community tasks altogether, but the
Ziptask is enough different than the built-inZipDirectorytask that I backed off from that complete change.
