What happened?
If you visit the Resource Manager Page, then scroll the page down, the context (right click) menu on the left directory/folder bar will be offset and the menu won't show up adjacent to the folder you clicked on.

Steps to reproduce?
Navigate to Global or Site Assets from the Manage menu.
Scroll the page down.
Right click on any folder in the left Site Assets sidebar.
Current Behavior
When you right click on a folder after scrolling the page the resulting menu is significantly lower that it should be.
Expected Behavior
The context menu should always appear adjacent to the item you right click on.
