ASAIR this was required because copy-files fails if did not found the ts declaration

There was also a change to scripts/copy-files which I reverted. yarn workspace @material-ui/lab build is now passing. So if you changed something then not just because the script was failing.

@eps1lon could you please point me to which changes are actually fixed build. Because several changes were necessary to make tests work :) |

They're all somewhat interleaved. In order to understand what needed changing I had to remove as much noise as possible. Why are you concerned about tests? |

Reverts some of the changes proposed in mui#22692 that seem unnecessary. They might just be displayed due to and outdated branch.
