The problem

As stated in the title. I remember that once it did show up, but I haven't seen it for quite a while on any of my devices. Currently Pycharm 2025.3.1.1 installed, but the previous version had the same issue. Im using Jetbrains Rider and Webstorm as well and they have no problem showing up. It only happens in the case of Pycharm specifically.
