Fixes #3544.
Updates the Flux trace plugin shortcut from Shift-P to Shift-Q to avoid conflict with k9s's internal namespace sorting shortcut.
Per CONTRIBUTING.md:
Tested on macOS with k9s v0.50.16 by copying flux.yaml to ~/.config/k9s/plugins.yaml and confirming Shift-Q triggers Flux trace correctly.
