Implementação da correção da mensagem de remediação confusa do check aria-busy. Problema: - Mensagem original: 'Element has no aria-busy="true" attribute' - Não explicava QUANDO usar o atributo aria-busy Solução aplicada: - Nova mensagem: 'Element uses aria-busy="true" while showing a loader' - Fornece contexto claro de quando aplicar a correção - Arquivo modificado: lib/checks/aria/aria-busy.json Comparação com solução oficial (PR dequelabs#3954): ✅ IDÊNTICA - As soluções são 100% iguais! - Mesmo texto - Mesmo arquivo - Mesma abordagem Esta foi uma correção simples mas importante para melhorar a experiência do desenvolvedor com mensagens mais claras e acionáveis.
