Lately we've been working on automating the release process. This PR changes part of this changes for releases candidates on our documentation.
Related to #14061 and decidim/decidim-maintainers_toolbox#7
Testing
Check that the steps described before are already done in the decidim-maintainers_toolbox's release feature.
