• Sorting type question. Requires a full refactor of the JS

• Move the login boxes (and styles) (decidim-forms/app/views/decidim/forms/questionnaires/_boxes.html.erb) to the decidim/devise/shared folder. It requires to merge first this PR (otherwise it'd be quite conflictive)
