Describe the bug
It can be noticed that the 48h notification is received for a hidden/withdrawn meeting.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior (hidden meeting):

1. Create a meeting that will start in 48h and a few minutes
2. Report the meeting
3. Hide the meeting via Admin dashboard - Reports
4. Wait for the notification
5. Notification is received

Steps to reproduce the behavior (withdrawn meeting):

1. Create a meeting that will start in 48h and a few minutes
2. Withdraw the meeting
3. Wait for the notification
4. Notification is received

Expected behavior
Notification is not received for moderated/withdrawn meetings
