Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a participant sometimes I make mistakes in my comments.
Describe the solution you'd like
I want to be able to edit them as we already have in other components (for instance Proposals). An edited comment should have a message that was edited.

Describe alternatives you've considered
To have also Versions (ie implement Versionable), but that could be overkill at this moment. We should at least show that this comment was edited as other platforms already do, for instance, Discourse, Reddit, or Meneame.
Another thing to consider is to be able to change this window, with an option like "Proposals can be edited by authors before this many minutes passes" that will be "Comments can be edited by authors before this many minute passes", but that'd be overkill.

Additional context
Metadecidim proposal
An example of a badly formatted comment:

Does this issue could impact users' private data?
Some PII (Personal Identifiable Information) could be leaked in comments and this would allow us to change it
