Describe the bug

When I type in text search on meeting / proposal index and hit enter the url is not update with my text search as a parameter in the url slug.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://staging.decidim.codegram.com/processes/tempora-et/f/13/
2. Type a text search
3. Enter
4. See that the url didn't change

Expected behavior

I would expect something like this search_text=MyTextSearch to appear in the url like.
The url parameters only appear when clicking on filter checkbox.
