Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As a way to incentive the participation and social aspects of the meetings, it'd be nice to show who is going to a meeting. As this has privacy implications, this will be an option for the participants to opt-in.

Describe the solution you'd like

As a participant, before I register to a meeting, I have a checkbox that says: "Show my attendance publicly" (not checked in by default). Then in this sidebar a list of the avatars with the tooltip on hover will be shown.

Describe alternatives you've considered

  • To not show the full list, just the people I follow
  • To show the full list but with the people I follow first.

Does this issue could impact on users private data?

Yes, it's about showing who attends to a meeting. We're doing this in a privacy aware way: allowing the participant to choose if she wants to show her attendance publicly and having this option not checked by default.

Acceptance criteria

  • Given that there's a meeting with registrations enabled in this platform
and I'm signed in as a participant
when I register and click in "Show my attendance publicly"
then a visitor can see that I'm attending to this meeting.
  • Given that there's a meeting with registrations enabled in this platform
and I'm signed in as a participant
when I register and don't click in "Show my attendance publicly"
then a visitor can't see that I'm attending to this meeting.
