Categories are shown as labels in detail view, but they appear side by side and should be shown one on top of the other

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://www.decidim.barcelona/processes/PressupostosParticipatius/f/3768/proposals/17296
2. Scroll down to Categories
3. See labels

Expected behavior
I'd expect to see the labels on top of each other, as in the approved design:
