User story

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As a participatory process administrator I need a way to check/mark which Projects are the ones that have been selected.

Describe the solution you'd like

After the voting step has finished, as a Participant I can see which Projects have been selected.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Right now on most of these kind of processes there's the need to have an extra page with the explanation of which Projects have been selected.

See for instance on Barcelona PB Pilots:

One alternative could be to implement an algorithm that:

  1. Sorts the proposals by votes
  2. Substracts the cost of the first Project against the total budget
  3. Take result of 2 and execute on the next Projects (until there's no more available budgets)

But this actually could depend by process as there could be other criteria for choosing the Projects (like categories):

  • Add a checkbox for the projects which allows admins to mark if that project proceeds to implementation or is selected by the default vote. Note that in some cases this selection cannot be done automatically which is why it needs to be configurable per project.
