After a Participant has voted on Budgets it's not so clear that the vote has been saved.

Describe the solution you'd like

We need to review/improve this page with design when the voting has finished.

We would send an email when the user has completed their voting, with the following template:

Subject: You've voted on XXX process
Body:
You have voted on XXX process with budgets on YY district.
The projects that you've selected are:

• Project 1
• Project 24
• Project 89

It'd be also necessary to show a conditional alert/message regarding this email. The condition is "if the participant has emails enabled", and the alert message would be "We've sent you an email with the information of your votes".

Additional context

"I wasn't sure my vote was taken into account since I didn't receive any mail confirmation and I didn't make out any visual differences in the design before and after I voted."
