User story
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As an administrator when I create a new Proposal through the admin panel, when I configure that "This proposal comes from a meeting", it's frustrating to configure it as I always need to also manually configure the "Proposals created in the meeting" on the Meeting Close form.
Describe the solution you'd like
When I create a new Proposal through the admin panel, when I configure that "This proposal comes from a meeting" the Meeting is already related through "Proposals created in the meeting"
Describe alternatives you've considered
Maybe we should move "Proposals created in the meeting" to the Meeting creation form
Maybe we should change the wording of "Proposals created in the meeting" to something more generic like "Proposals debated in the meeting" or "Proposals related with this meeting"
Additional context
