User story
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a registered user making a reply to a comment some times I want to make quotes to something that the other participant is saying.
Describe the solution you'd like
As a registered user I want to be able to make quotes (embed, mention comments in a new comment). As a de-facto standard on other platforms for making a quote is made with starting every line with ">" character, just like emails.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Other platforms (like Discourse) has WYSIWYG and format toolbar on Replies so it's possible to discover this feature.
Additional context
This is practically a standard that come from Usenet times.
