Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a visitor, I'm sometimes frustrated on reading Proposals or other pages with Comments on Decidim when there are too much comments.
Describe the solution you'd like
It'd be nice to have a ways to be hiding the comments when I've finished reading it like other platforms do (ie Meneame). When the responses are hidden we should show how many comments are being hidden. When I revisit the page I should see the hidden comments hidden.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Other platforms (like Discourse) are very much against comments threading, but we're not following their lead on this area.
