User story

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As a visiting user, I want to be able to navigate the proposals and budgets better. I'm frustrated when I try to see Proposals that belongs to more than one Status. For instance I want to be able to better filter on Status:

Right now it's impossible to see "All except accepted"

Describe the solution you'd like

I want to have checkboxes instead of radio buttons. Specifically, I want to be able to:

  • Select several scopes at once.
  • Select several categories at once.
  • Select several status at once.
  • Have highlighted filters at the top of proposals and budgets browser.

On the admin I can select how many depth should the Scopes have on the process. By default it'd be to all the Scopes, but I could select "Districts" for instance.

The Category and Scopes UX should be the same. At the moment on Category we have dropdown but on Scopes we have a modal.

Finally, Categories should be consistent between the filter listing page and the proposal page.
