User story
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a process admin, I want to be able to define some kind of guide to show to participants on specific processes that require special information.
Describe the solution you'd like
As a process admin I want to enable a predefined text (template) in the proposals, so that participants can follow a guide when preparing their proposals, for those processes in which proposals are needed with specific information and / or more detail than usual.
As an example, the content to be included could be something like this:
* Name of the project
* Description
* Location
* Approximate cost
* Agents to be involved
This configuration should be a new textarea on the Proposal's component of a given Participatory Space. If nothing is entered in the "New proposal template text" box, the body of the proposal will appear empty, with no text as a guide.
If the proposal is saved with exactly the same template (without changes) it should show a validation error.
This template should support multi language (i18n).
Describe alternatives you've considered
We thought on having integrations with Surveys or Forms, but we realise it's overkill and overbudget for this feature as could be really expensive to implement.
We tought on having a checkbox to conditionally show this template textarea ("Enable 'new proposal template'") but we think we already have too many checkboxes.
We tought on having a placeholder but they don't work when you change text.
