When a collaborative draft is reported the mail job fails.

To Reproduce

Report a collaborative draft as spam.

Expected behavior

The admins should receive an email when a collaborative draft is reported.

Additional context

It seems that collaborative drafts haven't implemented the necessary methods from Reportable.
