Describe the bug

1. What went wrong?
   The public profile navigation where user is able to navigate between the public profile links (notifications, conversations, follows, etc.) is not fully visible and accessible on mobile screens to the user. On some devices the menu items span over each other and on some other devices, the menu element spans over the sides of the screen.

2. What did you expect to happen?
   I would expect the public profile navigation to be functional on mobile screens as well.

3. Where did you find this bug?
   This concerns all Decidim installations with the default theme. The screenshot is from Metadecidim.

4. How to fix?
   I would suggest two changes:
   a) Change the public profile navigation to a togglable dropdown where the current page would be visible by default. Clicking this link would show the other links.
   b) Add another navigation item in the main top bar which would open another side navigation with the profile menu items visible.
