In the last meeting we discussed about a way to make it easy that new users understands how a process works with some kind of visual guidance. Here is a test.
It could work as a full column block, which would appear first in the page; actual content would just go below, and we could leave the same so nothing more needs to change. I think the flow of information feels natural: 1) this new block: key issues, link to main actions; 2) content below: the same, but with detail.
We would only allow for three blocks, so we force people to condensate the process in 3 main items, or less. Depending on the stage, these keys could change to reflect the actual main action and next stages.
