A system of contextual support will be designed for the entire platform, which will allow contextual help text to be inserted at various points in the platform.

MVP - Implementation of the support system and user guidance

• Implementation of the support system and user guidance through the functionalities of the platform.
  • When someone creates a user account, she receives a welcome notification. This notification is a customizable text from the admin with links to a general Help page.
  • Clicking the link goes to the full Help page, reusing this layout: https://www.decidim.barcelona/accountability/sections#planificacio
  • There must be a backend interface with predefined texts that admins can override. In this interface there will be a section to define the contextual help of each participation space.
  • This contextual help will be shown as annoucements in the header of each space.

1st Iteration

• Implementation of the system to guide platform users in privacy issues:
  • Identifying password quality.
  • Identifying the access IP.
• Implementation of a support system to help manage the system used to administer participatory processes and spaces.
• Integration of assessment surveys (making calls to the survey component) as part of the contextual system (for example, after a vote or at the end of the creation of a proposal).
