While developing the "Amendments proposals on proposals" Issue #3958 (as defined) all the proposals are amendable (if the feature is enabled), regardless of the author (Oficial, UserGroup or User).
And to be accepted or rejected, the interaction of the author is necessary.
The fact is that an Official proposal does not have an author, which makes it impossible to "the organization" to accept or reject an amendment (nor receive notifications).
Describe the solution you'd like
The administrators of the organization, or users with admin permissions of the space, should be able to accept / reject the amendments from the FrontEnd on behalf of the Organization or "Official" author.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Another possible solution is that they are accepted / rejected from the admin dashboard.
Additional context
A similar case can occur when a meeting is the author of a proposal (future functionality).
Does this issue could impact on users private data?
