🎩 What? Why?

We can create proposals from the admin panel, with an option (checkbox) as: "This proposal comes from a meeting".
The field author of the proposal, for the public view (Medium card and full proposal page), should be substituted by the name of the meeting, being a link to the meeting, with the icon of meetings.

• Add checkbox when someone creates a proposal from the admin panel with "This proposal comes from a meeting".
• Add a meeting selector after to tick the checkbox.
