Initial idea

Improve PAST|ACTIVE|UPCOMING|ALL tab/filter experience: it is not very visible, many people report problems when trying to find old processes.

Proposal

I think it's self-explanatory, let me know if not ;) Only comment: we would include the flash notice only in the last case.
