While reviewing #13880 and #13881 I have noticed there are some items that are left behind. After a discussion with @microstudi , we have decided to create this ticket and move forward with those merges, as the elements not removed may be required for exports or other activities.

On #13880:

• participatory_process_type factory
• participatory_process_type model
• Remove types from exports
• Remove models and associations
• Remove presenters, deal with history in admin log when a process type is refereed.
• Remove types from graphql

On #13881:
