Is your new feature request related to a problem?

Before the frontend UI redesign, we used to have the voting action on proposals directly from the listing through a button on the card. During the redesign process, we decided to reduce the number of elements on the cards, and the hypothesis was to display proposals in a list format and through a drawer to quickly access voting actions or other actions within each one.

Finally, the drawer presents several accessibility problems, and we have ruled out implementing it for this use, so now we have the list format without a quick way to access actions such as voting.

I want the list of proposals, whether in grid or list view, to show the voting action and all the configurations that derive from it (visible votes, hidden, etc.) applying the following design (please see the figma file with all variations depending on the configuration):

Acceptance Criteria

• The voting button should be visible and accessible in the proposal listing, both in grid and list views.
• The different voting configurations (visible votes, hidden, threshold, etc.) should be correctly applied according to the design provided in the Figma file.
• The voting functionality should be consistent with the current system behavior, maintaining all existing rules and restrictions
