Describe the bug

When I visit the detail page of a resource, I can see all the comments. If I choose to hide a comment that contains replies, then the replies are still counted even if are not displayed

To Reproduce

1. Sign in as an admin
2. Go to any proposal page
3. See the number of comments
4. Choose any comment that has replies
5. Choose report and hide
6. See the new number of comments
7. See that displayed comments count is less than number of comments

Expected behavior

I would expect the number of comments to correspond with the displayed number of comments
