Describe the bug
When participants receive a digest email summarizing recent activity, the text of comments is not included, contrary to individual comment notification emails where the comment text is present. Participants expect to read the comment directly within the email, whether it's a digest or an individual notification.

To Reproduce

1. Subscribe to receive digest emails for updates on Metadecidim.
2. Once a digest email is received, observe that it includes notifications of new comments but lacks the actual text of these comments.
3. Compare with an individual comment notification email, which includes the comment's text.
