Describe the bug

When I am in a view that contains both dynamic filters and a map, the skip map link triggers the dynamic search on the page.

The same happens also for the "Skip to content" link.

To Reproduce

1. Go to /meetings (or any other view with filters and map)
2. Using tab navigation, click the "Skip to content" link
3. See that the dynamic filtering triggers
4. Repeat the exercise by going to the "Skip to map" link
5. See the same behavior

Expected behavior

I would expect the "skip" links not to initiate the dynamic filtering. This is confusing for users of assistive technologies.
