Since the introduction of #6738, a few CuPy tests have broken.

• 1 bincount test fails after [WIP] ENH Adds tree reduction to bincount #7183 ;
• 16 tri* tests fail after Add numpy functions tri, triu_indices, triu_indices_from, tril_indices, tril_indices_from #6997 .

We're discussing and trying to allocate GPUs for Dask PRs in the near future, so I'll probably wait for that to work on fixing the tests above.
