The cutoff version is mingw-w64 8.0 where it builds fine, while with 7.0 it doesn't. (This is NOT the gcc version, but the mingw-w64 package version, covering win32 header, crt, etc) E.g. the tested builds 8.4.1 comes with mingw-w64 8, while 8.4.0 comes with mingw-w64 7. https://github.com/curl/curl/actions/runs/10490818399
