Describe the bug
the kubevirt metrics rule do not work due typo

Environment

• Cozystack version 37.2
• Provider: on-prem

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create any VM
2. Setup alerts
3. Get the alert VMNotRunningFor10Minutes

Expected behaviour
Running VM should not have this alert.

Actual behaviour
The Alert is popping when VM running
