Failed to call function EstimateGas during deploy contract when account nonce 0 has deployed a contract #760
Description

- [First Step]
- generate new account, make sure account nonce is 0, let's named userA
- deploy contract by userA
- using remix to compile any contract
- deploy this contract by userA
Expected behavior: [What you expected to happen]
EstimateGas will be success, metamask wallet window popped up
Actual behavior: [What actually happened]
Failed to call EstimateGas
